All IZIE products are distributed from the UK.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Methods 

FREE Standard Shipping is available to all customers in the UK and USA.

Shipping for all other international destinations is calculated at checkout.

Taxes, Duties & Pricing Transparency

All prices shown on izie.co.uk are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes, customs duties, and fees.

You will NOT be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

The total amount shown at checkout is exactly what you will pay - NO HIDDEN COSTS.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your IZIE shoes. However, if you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Fees: 

UK orders: A handling fee of £20 will be deducted from your refund.

USA orders: A handling fee of $40 will be deducted from your refund.

European orders: Free returns.

Other international orders: Free returns.

This fee will be deducted from your refund when using our prepaid return label.

To ensure your shoes are eligible for return:

Please try them only on a carpeted surface. Any signs of wear will result in the return being refused.

Items must be returned in their original, unmarked condition, including all original packaging.

Products must not be used for photo shoots, social media posts, commercial purposes, or personal gain prior to return.

How to Return

1. Email us at contact@izie.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
   

2. We will send you a prepaid return label with booking instructions.
   

3. If you prefer to use your own courier or postal service, please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
   
   

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will exclude the applicable return fee.
