All IZIE products are distributed from the UK.

UK Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) is a flat fee of £5. 

EU & International Standard Delivery (2-5 working days) is calculated at checkout

 
Note - International shipping can incur uncalculated delays. International and EU Customers are responsible for customs, taxes, and duties.
 
Returns 
 
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to let us know you wish to return your order to us.
 
To make sure the shoes are returnable, please only try your shoes on a carpeted surface, as any returns which show signs of wear will be rejected. Please return all items in their original unmarked state.
 
To return your order please email us at contact@izie.co.uk detailing your order number and the reason for your return and we will issue a return label with instructions for booking a collection.
 
For international returns you will be responsible for all postage costs.
 
If you choose to return your item to us via your own courier or local postal service, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of the items.
